ICM Corporation is currently recruiting for an Digital Sign Sales Representative to join our team. This position will focus on our digital signage product line, http://www.uvpdigitalsignage.com.

Our Sales Professionals work with a variety of customers and have product solutions for a wide variety of business needs. Our customer base includes professionals in the construction and architectural field, Facility Managers, Commercial and Government Procurement Managers, School District Purchasing Offices, and many more. These positions will be very visible to our entire customer base and will be a direct reflection of the entire ICM Corporation Family.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Account Support

  • Identify all contacts at each of our major accounts, including product managers, assistant product managers.
  • Provides current data for the Company's United Visual products.
  • With direction from the General Manager, actively searches for new potential accounts.
  • Performs marketing mix analysis of new and existing accounts, and creates proposals for presentation.
  • Completes contracts and data sheets for existing accounts.
  • Builds relationships with existing and potential accounts.
  • Is the ‘inside’ point person for existing and new accounts.
  • Proactively looks for opportunities to increase sales in existing accounts, and opportunities with new accounts.

Marketing Media (i.e. Catalogs, Flyers, Websites)

  • Writes, proofreads, and edits copy for catalogs, websites, emails, and other promotional materials.
  • Reviews outgoing promotional pieces for content and clarity.
  • Coordinates products for photo shoots and provides information to Graphics Director.
  • Maintains catalog/website corrections and makes appropriate changes to product database as needed.
  • Ensures that all information for the sale of products is up to date in product database such as new descriptions, weight, minimums, shipping method, proper images, and current pricing.
  • Paginates catalog pages for production and maps out website hierarchy.
  • Conducts final review of all marketing materials to ensure that all information is correct including: descriptions, photo/graphics, pricing, model numbers, and captions.
  • Adheres to determined schedule for catalog/website completion.
  • Writes public relations material as needed.

General Duties

  • Locates and researches new products for catalogs and websites, as well as researching competition and sourcing products for marketing.
  • Compares pricing with competitor information.
  • Works in conjunction with the Graphics Department and Managers to develop marketing media.
  • Performs all other tasks as assigned in an efficient and timely matter.

Experience and Skills:

  • Progressive sales experience in a manufacturing or electronic sales oriented profession preferred, with documented sales accomplishments.
  • Successful sales background building long term customer relationships and the ability to make a minimum of fifty (50) quality outbound telephone sales presentations per day.
  • Microsoft Office Experience a MUST.
  • Possess both inside and outside sales experience.
  • BS/BA Degree Preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.  
  • Able to generate workload priorities.
  • Independent decision-making skills with a high level of self-initiative, judgment and follow-through in completing assignments without direction.
  • Experience handling a large volume of work accurately and promptly with a high degree of personal organization and ability to identify and accomplish priorities independently.
  • Strong team player with proven ability to work effectively with others at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
